Customer Service:

We’re here to help! Please allow 24 hours for a response to your email. Emails sent outside business hours will be answered the next business day. Emails sent after 3 pm CST on Saturday will be answered on Monday.


Payments:

Payment is required at checkout for both shipping and store pickup orders.


Shipping:

Orders ship within 7 to 9 business days. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, pre-orders, and other exceptions.

  • All packages are sent though UPS/DHL ( Except for EU )
  • All EU Orders are sent through DUTY & TAX PAID Services. For UPS/DHL Services contact support
  • FREE Shipping for all over the world
  • Pre-order and in-stock items ordered together will ship together. To ship in-stock items immediately, please email us.


Return Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
  • All returns or exchange orders will incur a restocking fee for the original shipping amount if the recipient did not pay shipping on the original order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Import/custom duties are not our responsibility.
  • No returns or exchanges on custom-made orders.

 

Order Changes / Cancelled Orders:

Please make sure you review your order carefully before placing it, and make sure you double check that all sizes are correct and you definitely want your items before submitting your order because changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

 

Incorrect Address:

Ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.


Lost / Stolen Orders:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it leaves our facility. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

 

Damaged Item:

Report damaged items within 3 days of receiving them. Email us a photo of the damaged item for a refund or replacement.


Return Instruction:

1. Ensure your return meets our policy requirements.
2. Include your packing slip and use a shipping box.
3. Contact our staff for your nearest return address.

Note your tracking number and expect an email once your store credit is available. Processing returns takes 2-4 business days upon receipt.
