• Constructed from premium 1.3mm drum-dyed top grain cowhide for race-grade abrasion resistance and structural durability. Kangaroo leather upgrade available for reduced weight and enhanced flexibility.
• Complete design freedom, upload your artwork, logos, colour schemes, race number and branding. Every panel is mapped and developed according to your submitted design.
• Tailored to your exact measurements for a true race-fit profile. Built for aggressive riding posture and high-speed stability.
• CE-approved removable protectors fitted at shoulders, elbows and knees, with back protector pocket included.
• External TPU protectors at shoulders and knees for enhanced slide protection and professional track aesthetics.
• Strategically positioned stretch panels at shoulders, lower back, crotch and knees to ensure unrestricted movement on the bike.
• Reinforced multi-layer leather construction in critical impact zones for maximum crash resilience.
• Aerodynamic back speed hump integrated for stability at speed, with optional hydration and airbag compatibility.
• Heavy-duty YKK zippers and precision stitching throughout for longterm performance under race conditions.

How to Place Custom Order
How to Place Custom Order
Ordering your custom motorcycle suit is straightforward. Follow the steps below carefully to avoid delays or mistakes.
1. Choose Your Base Options
• Select 1-Piece or 2-Piece suit
• Select Men / Women
• Choose leather type (Cowhide or Kangaroo where available)
• Select perforation, hump option, and external protection if required
• Choose the standard size if it fits you accurately
If you are unsure between two standard sizes, stop and choose custom sizing instead. Guessing sizes wastes everyone’s time.
2. Upload Your Design or Reference Image
In the Upload Files section of the listing, upload at least one of the following:
• Your own design sketch
• A reference image of a suit you want us to follow
• A previous suit you like (ours or another brand)
You may also upload:
• Logo files (AI, PDF, PNG preferred)
• Color references
• Notes for branding or panel changes
The clearer your upload, the fewer questions later.
3. Custom Sizing (If Required)
If standard sizing does not fit you properly:
1. Download the Custom Size Form
2. Take measurements carefully using a measuring tape
• Measure snug, not tight
• Wear light clothing
• Follow the diagram exactly
3. Fill out the form completely
4. Upload the completed size form in the Upload Files section along with your design or reference images
Incomplete or guessed measurements will delay production.
4. Place Your Order
Once all selections are made and files are uploaded, place your order normally through checkout.
5. Mockup & Approval Process
After your order is placed:
• Our team will create a final digital mockup
• You will receive it for review and approval
• You may request adjustments or changes at this stage
We do not start production until you approve the final mockup.
6. Production Policy (Important)
• No changes are allowed once production has started
• Size, design, colors, or logos cannot be modified after approval
• Please review the mockup carefully before confirming
Notes & Requirements
• All measurements must be accurate and complete
• Uploaded designs must belong to you or be authorized for use
• We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements
• Production timelines begin after final approval
