• Protection: CE Level 1, removable. CE Level 2 (On Request)

• Lining: Fixed breathable polyester mesh.

• Thermal liner: Removable.

Ordering a custom motorcycle jacket is simple if you follow the steps properly. Read this once and you will not mess it up.


1.⁠ ⁠Select Your Jacket Options

Start by selecting the correct options from the product page:
• Choose Men / Women
• Select the leather type (Cowhide or Kangaroo)
• Choose standard size if it fits you accurately
• Select yes or no to back speed hump

If you are unsure about sizing or fall between sizes, do not guess. Choose custom sizing instead.


2.⁠ ⁠Upload Your Design or Reference Image

In the Upload Files section under the listing, upload one or more of the following:
• Your own design idea or sketch
• An image of a jacket you want us to follow
• A previous jacket you like (ours or another brand)

You can also upload:
• Logos (AI, PDF, PNG preferred)
• Color references
• Notes for branding, stitching, or panel changes

Clear uploads = fewer delays. Vague ideas slow everything down.


3.⁠ ⁠Custom Sizing (If Required)

If standard sizing does not fit you properly:
1. Download the Custom Size Form
2. Take measurements using a measuring tape
• Measure snug, not tight
• Wear light clothing
• Follow the diagram exactly
3. Fill out the form completely
4. Upload the completed size form in the Upload Files section along with your design or reference images

Incorrect or incomplete measurements will delay production and may affect fit.


4.⁠ ⁠Place Your Order

Once all selections are made and files are uploaded, complete checkout normally.


5.⁠ ⁠Mockup & Approval

After your order is placed:
• Our team will create a final digital mockup
• You will receive it for review and approval
• You may request changes or adjustments at this stage

Production does not start until you approve the mockup.


6.⁠ ⁠Important Production Policy
• No changes are allowed once production has started
• Size, design, colors, logos, or options cannot be modified after approval
• Review your mockup carefully before confirming


Notes & Requirements
• All measurements must be accurate
• Uploaded designs must be owned or authorized by you
• We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements
• Production timelines begin after final mockup approval


Follow the process properly and you get a gear that fits right, looks right, and performs as intended. Ignore it and problems become self-inflicted.
